I made a crock pot dinner tonight. It sucked. If you ever come across a recipe for California Tamale Pie…run from it as fast as you can! I have enough left for leftovers. Dilemna, hold my nose while I eat it tomorrow night or go back to the drawing board?
The girls are getting an extra large serving of homemade strawberry shortcake tonight! I don’t blame them for not wanting to eat dinner!

That’s all I have for today. I’m too engulfed in the news to think about much else. The girls do get to stay up late tonight so they can talk to Jason, it’s his last day with a phone. I’m so excited for him that he gets to move on, but so sad for us that we don’t have the convenience of talking to him every night.
